The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality.
The air conditioning unit in our room was old and had a hard time keeping the room cool when it was really hot outside. The unit is also a bit noisy.
The room was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well equipped.
Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street and 15 minutes from the lake.

Mi sono sentita più a casa che in hotel la signora Anna è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile..la colazione ottima e abbondante le camere un piccolo angolo di paradiso da ripetere sicuramente...non hanno lesinato su spiegazioni e informazioni 👍

Il fascino del tempo in un hotel storico, ben conservato, dove si percepisce la passione della titolare , sig.ra Anna , che con disponibilità e cortesia ci ha accolti. Camere ordinate, silenziose, pulitissime e tutte ristrutturate di recente. Colazione ottima con sala da pranzo vista Lago di Levico. Piccola Spa con piscina e sauna , ordinata e confortevole, ingresso esclusivo con prenotazione. Al quinto piano terrazza panoramica e centro massaggi dove sotto le mani esperte di Sonia i 50 minuti di relax volano. Che dire, consigliatissimo.

Hotel in ottima posizione a pochi passo dal centro,curato e molto pulito. Le camere standard non sono molto moderne e non sono molto spaziose soprattutto se ci si deve dormire in 3 diventa difficoltoso dividersi lo spazio. La camera è dotata di cassaforte e mini frigo contenente acqua a pagamento. Una pecca è la mancanza di bollitore per acqua calda utile soprattutto quando si hanno bambini piccoli. Il bagno un po retro' con una vasca / doccia un po antica . Eccellente invece la colazione che offre tanti prodotti freschi e di qualita. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Il prezzo delle camere non è dei più economici però per una o comunque poche notte lo consiglio.

Soggiornato 1 notte per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Hotel favoloso, eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camere matrimoniali ampie e pulitissime, colazione continentale di qualità e abbondante, staff professionale e disponibile. Consigliato.

Breve soggiorno per i mercatini di Natale. Un bel palazzo antico ben mantenuto, solo qua e là la moquette mostra i segni del tempo. Buona la posizione ma non ha parcheggio privato e bisogna sperare di trovare qualcosa nelle vicinanze (peraltro ci sono sempre riuscito). Stanza confortevole e calda, non impeccabile la pulizia del bagno. Cordiale la proprietaria (presumo) ma forse un po' fredda nei modi, molto gentile e simpatico il suo collaboratore alla reception. Centro benessere piccolo ma carino, la prenotazione quindi è più che comprensibile ma magari sarebbe meglio con turni di un'ora anzichè due e costi minori. Colazione buona per qualità e quantità.
